Full job description
RTB House seeks a senior sales professional with 6-8 years of experience in digital advertising sales, specifically in RTB and AI-powered ad tech solutions. The role involves identifying and converting new sales opportunities in India, managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the client portfolio. Candidates must understand online advertising trends, RTB, AI, machine learning, and deep learning. Strong negotiation, communication skills, and fluency in English are required. A university degree is mandatory. The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to work with advanced AI technology in a growing international company.
What you'll do
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers on the Indian market
- Generate direct sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders of brands and agencies
- Expand the portfolio of RTB House’s new clients focusing on new business
- Participate in product and offer presentations/pitches to prospective clients and agencies
- Analyze sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to achieve growth
- Partner with technical and account management teams
- Execute customer communications via telephone or email
- Create formal offers and present them to potential customers
- Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
- Report on the status of sales processes regarding existing and potential customers
- Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions
Requirements
- Understanding of the online advertising industry including major recent trends
- Knowledge of the RTB model
- Understanding AI, especially Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- 6-8 years of successful sales experience in the digital advertising industry
- Proven existing, meaningful relationships with Tier 1 direct clients
- Thought leader in online advertising
- Great analytical skills, persuasion, exceptional negotiation, communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Minimum university degree, postgraduate is a plus
