RTB House seeks a Sales Manager/Director to implement market development strategies, identify and convert new partnership opportunities into clients in China. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders, expanding the client portfolio, presenting products, analyzing sales data, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining customer communications. Requirements include understanding online advertising trends, existing ecommerce client relationships in China and Hong Kong, knowledge of RTB model (preferred), 3+ years sales experience in online industry, 5+ years B2B sales experience, university degree, strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.
