Full job description

Vistar Media seeks a Sales Manager for the Demand Sales team to grow full stack DSP and SSP revenue in the EMEA region, focusing on Benelux. Responsibilities include driving DSP revenue growth, developing partnerships with media agencies and brands, onboarding digital advertising buyers, identifying new opportunities, managing media and platform agreements, leading client training on digital OOH and programmatic trading, and building industry networks. Requirements include 3-5 years sales experience, knowledge of digital advertising technology and programmatic, familiarity with OOH media, client relationship skills, preferred existing media agency network, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role is full-time, on-site in Amsterdam. What you'll do

  • Drive expansion of DSP revenue in the Benelux region
  • Develop strategic partnerships with media agencies and brands to exceed revenue targets
  • Master platform and onboard digital advertising buyers and programmatic traders
  • Identify and capture high-potential opportunities in Benelux and traditional OOH buyers
  • Manage negotiation and execution of media and platform agreements
  • Lead training sessions on digital OOH industry and programmatic trading models
  • Build and maintain industry network within EMEA
  • Represent company at major industry events

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales positions
  • Comprehension of digital advertising technology and programmatic
  • Introductory familiarity with Out-of-Home (OOH) media and advertising
  • Skill in establishing and nurturing client relationships with retention and expansion strategies
  • Leverage an existing network within Media Agencies (strongly preferred)
  • Must speak Dutch and English
