Full job description

StackAdapt is seeking an Agency Partner based in Germany to drive agency growth strategy by developing and expanding programmatic expertise with media agencies. The role involves building relationships with senior agency stakeholders, leading negotiations, educating agencies on the StackAdapt platform, and collaborating with internal teams to increase programmatic advertising revenue. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales, strong agency partnership skills, fluency in German and English, and the ability to manage C-level relationships. The position is full-time, remote-first, with occasional travel required.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies
  • Drive adoption of StackAdapt’s platform and increase programmatic advertising revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders and operational teams
  • Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements
  • Educate and empower agencies through training and showcasing platform capabilities
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and results
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and agency needs
  • Present performance metrics and key insights to agencies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales
  • Strong focus on agency partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience working with and growing accounts within media agency networks (HoldCo and independent)
  • Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and influence decision-making
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies
  • Experience developing client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
