Full job description
Senior sales role in Shenzhen within Teads' China Commercial team reporting to Head of Sales, CN. Responsible for driving revenue growth, developing agency partnerships, and positioning Teads as a leading platform for branding, video, native, and CTV advertising solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and meet revenue targets. Requires 5+ years experience in digital media sales or AdTech in China, strong agency network, consultative selling skills, fluent Mandarin and professional English, and legal right to work in Shenzhen.
What you'll do
- Drive net-new business acquisition and pipeline development across China
- Architect and deliver consultative sales presentations for branding, video, native, and CTV solutions
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, and deal tracking to meet revenue targets
