Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a Sales Manager in Cairo, Egypt to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Microsoft Bing Ads platform. The role requires 6+ years of work experience including 4+ years in online media sales or digital advertising, a strong network in the Egypt advertising ecosystem, and ability to build client base from scratch. Responsibilities include managing client pipelines, collaborating with internal teams, cultivating strategic relationships, and meeting revenue targets. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Arabic, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel within Egypt. Preferred qualifications include MBA or advanced degree, search engine marketing experience, and ad-agency experience. The position is full-time and on-site.

What you'll do

  • Drive new client acquisition and grow incremental revenue with targeted high potential agencies and advertisers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies for onboarding to Microsoft Advertising platform
  • Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop customer plans targeting revenue growth and satisfaction
  • Cultivate strategic client relationships and deliver customized search solutions
  • Create high value revenue-generating opportunities to meet quota expectations
  • Lead regular, impactful engagements with key clients
  • Coordinate with required teams to achieve targets
  • Grow Bing’s share of wallet by onboarding new clients and agencies
  • Strengthen relationships with key client and agency stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal account managers and client points of contact to leverage opportunities
  • Strengthen Search Industry expertise and take accountability for career and personal development
  • Complete required and recommended trainings and apply learnings for growth

Requirements

  • 6+ years of work experience with 4+ years of online media sales/digital advertising experience
  • Strong network of clientele in the Egypt marketplace and understanding of key digital players (brands, agencies)
  • Experience and ability to build a client base from scratch
  • Experience in lead generation, networking, and ad-agency relationship management
  • Experienced digital media solution seller with storytelling and presentation skills across leadership levels
  • Ability to handle and manage key/strategic client relationships and revenue
  • Metrics focused approach in business planning and execution
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communication skills, and meeting deadlines
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexities in client management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thought leadership, and freedom with responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills providing transparency and enabling information radiators
  • Willingness to travel across markets to meet and strengthen partnerships
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
