Sales Manager role at RTB House, a global marketing technology company using AI and Deep Learning. The position is remote based in Poland. Responsibilities include mapping target organizations, researching accounts, executing outbound sales activities, managing outreach with CRM and automation tools, booking meetings, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals. Requirements include at least 2 years sales experience, preferably consultative sales, cold calling skills, ability to research and map accounts, understanding full sales process, experience with outbound tools, digital marketing sales experience preferred, motivation, resilience, coachability, and strong English and Polish. What you'll do

  • Map target organizations and identify key stakeholders
  • Research accounts and prepare for outreach based on client structure and potential
  • Execute high-volume outbound activities (phone, email, social outreach, LinkedIn)
  • Use research, automation, and CRM tools to manage and track outreach
  • Book meetings with decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline from assigned deals
  • Lead conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Close and sign deals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably consultative sales
  • Proven experience with cold calling and speaking to mid- to senior-level decision-makers
  • Ability to conduct independent research and account mapping
  • Understanding of the full sales process from activity to meetings to conversion
  • Comfortable working with outbound and productivity tools
  • Sales experience in digital marketing, ideally performance marketing
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Strong English and Polish skills
