Full job description
Seedtag is seeking a Sales Manager based in Barcelona to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth for its neuro-contextual advertising platform. The role involves developing half of the Barcelona market, building relationships with agencies and direct clients, identifying and closing new business, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, managing pipeline and administrative tasks in Salesforce, and collaborating with local and Spanish sales teams. Candidates should have 2-4 years of sales experience in digital advertising, knowledge of the media agency landscape and programmatic ecosystem, strong client management skills, experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, and proficiency in English. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexible schedules and benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, and learning opportunities.
What you'll do
- Own and develop half of the Barcelona market, managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct clients through regular meetings and networking
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Manage administrative and operational tasks, including accurate data entry and pipeline management in Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with the local Barcelona team and the wider Spanish sales organization to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure consistent reporting and adherence to internal processes, contributing to overall team performance
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales within the digital advertising industry
- Strong understanding of the media agency landscape and programmatic ecosystem
- Comfortable managing client relationships and engaging in frequent face-to-face interactions
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and maintaining disciplined pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a small team
- Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-growing, evolving environment
- Comfortable balancing commercial activities with administrative responsibilities
- High level of English proficiency (Catalan is a plus)
