Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a Sales Manager with 6-8 years of online media/advertising sales experience to manage and grow agency relationships in Southeast Asia, primarily Singapore. The role involves driving new client acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and increasing product adoption for Microsoft Advertising's Search and Audience Inventory. Responsibilities include managing pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce, enabling workshops and roadshows, building key client relationships, and representing Microsoft Advertising in the advertising community. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), proven sales performance, strong communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of branding and native display products. The position is full-time, on-site in Singapore, with willingness to travel required. Benefits include career progression programs and equal employment opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage the agency relationships in SEA with primary focus on Singapore
  • Collaborate with the Sales teams to enable new client acquisition, cross-selling, upselling and increased product adoptions via existing clients
  • Enable workshops, roadshows and hotdesking with agency and key clients with revenue and product adoption as focus
  • Build and enable Key client relationships for the Account management teams
  • Represent Microsoft Advertising via InMobi in the advertising community by seeking out and participating in agency and industry opportunities/forums
  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners to enable smooth collaboration
  • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations
  • Build role and partnership presence in the advertising ecosystem
  • Work with agency heads and their respective planning & implementation teams to include Microsoft Advertising solutions in their digital media campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ online media sales/ advertising sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership
  • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
  • Solid knowledge of the branding industry, native display products, customer's needs, Microsoft’s strategy and how they work together
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
  • Location: Singapore, should be willing to travel
