Seeking a Sales Excellence Manager to maximize effectiveness of SMB Advertising Sales team. Role involves strategic planning, business partnership, sales motion enablement, coaching, analytics, process discipline, and program management. Requires 4+ years in sales or related fields, 3+ years using data for business decisions, and managing stakeholder relationships. Preferred qualifications include bachelor's degree, project and change management experience, understanding of online advertising, and strategic business planning skills. Salary ranges from $106,400 to $203,600 annually, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC. On-site work expected within 50 miles of designated Microsoft US offices.

Requirements
4+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field OR equivalent experience
3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions
3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
3+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience (preferred)
Solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem (preferred)
4+ years managing programs across a matrixed stakeholder set, including planning, managing timelines, tracking progress, and change management experience (preferred)
4+ years of experience with data-based storytelling that has impacted organizational strategy (preferred)
4+ years of experience in strategic business planning, including market analysis, resource modeling, and service level definition (preferred)
3+ years of experience developing incentive or performance acceleration programs with measurable uplift in key metrics (preferred)
