Full job description
Lead the shift to AI-first enablement across the global revenue team by building AI-powered enablement infrastructure and coaching sales reps on AI usage in their workflow. Responsibilities include developing interactive AI hubs, AI-assisted certification, coaching tools, evaluating and scaling AI tools adoption, delivering global sales training, partnering with cross-functional teams to align enablement priorities, running sales training needs analysis, and supporting sales force development. Requires 5+ years in SaaS B2B, experience in mobile marketing, training content development, fluency with AI tools, strong sales methodology knowledge, project management skills, and proficiency in Excel, Looker, and Salesforce.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered enablement infrastructure such as interactive hubs, AI-assisted certification, coaching/roleplay tools as standard output
- Coach the sales team on using AI in their workflow including prospecting, account research, and deal preparation
