Full job description

Sales Enablement Associate role based in Beijing, China. Reporting to Head of Marketing, Greater China, and working closely with global product marketing and sales teams. Responsibilities include capturing sales and trading needs, competitive analysis, developing product knowledge, managing go-to-market processes, maintaining sales collateral, coordinating product communications, organizing training, and supporting product adoption measurement. Requires 2-3 years experience in product marketing or sales enablement, preferably in technology, ad tech, martech or SaaS. Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystem and experience creating marketing collateral needed. Strong project management, analytical, storytelling, collaboration, and communication skills required. Fluent English writing and speaking essential.

What you'll do

  • Capture and curate needs, problems, and opportunities for sales and trading team in China
  • Undertake competitive and market analysis and build local competitor battlecards
  • Develop deep knowledge of product capabilities and communicate marketing narrative
  • Help keep alpha and beta testing on track and organise internal cross-departmental GTM syncs
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to execute and measure go-to-market activities
  • Curate and maintain sales collateral portal for China
  • Produce collateral including pitch slides, one pagers and case studies
  • Coordinate internal product communications
  • Organise regular training schedule to roll out releases internally
  • Support measurement and reporting of product adoption
  • Refine and update collateral/package solutions for key verticals or client types
  • Undertake additional internal training as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years professional experience, preferably in a product marketing or sales enablement role
  • Experience in a technology, ad tech, martech or SaaS business
  • Basic knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
  • Experience creating slides, one pagers or case studies
  • Super-organized and proactive, can demonstrate effective project management
  • Clarifies expectations to deliver requirements
  • Proactively communicates progress and follows up on deliverables
  • Proactive in following and improving team processes with attention to detail
  • Monitors and maintains quality of deliverables from other stakeholders
  • Can schedule events effectively across calendars and timezones
  • Comfortable with technical details of MiQ’s products
  • Learns to access and curate reporting and data from various platforms & sources
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and extract success metrics
  • Ability to analyse competitor weaknesses and MiQ strengths at a feature level
  • Can create compelling product storytelling and messaging
  • Can distil complex concepts into simple messaging
  • Builds strong positive stakeholder relationships
  • Understands cultural differences and adapts approach accordingly
  • Proactively open and transparent on work priorities and progress
  • Approaches change and agility with a positive attitude
  • Can speak clearly to achieve presentation objectives
  • Flawless command of English language; compelling, mistake-free written communication
  • Creates content within MiQ’s brand guidelines
