Full job description
StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Advisor to lead AI and automation enablement transformation within the Global Client Services team. The role involves partnering with leadership to design and execute enablement strategies, develop tailored training programs, and optimize sales productivity. Candidates must have 5+ years of revenue enablement experience, strong knowledge of AI tools, and experience with programmatic or martech solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing performance gaps, building enablement content, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing GTM enablement launches. The position is full-time, remote within Canada, and offers a salary range of $98,823 to $117,353 CAD plus benefits.
What you'll do
- Partner to operationalize AI and automation enablement strategy across Global Client Services (GCS) ensuring scalable adoption and measurable impact
- Act as thought partner to GCS Leaders by conducting in-depth analysis to identify performance gaps and understand challenges
- Recommend, develop, and implement tailored enablement solutions aligned with business priorities
- Co-build bespoke enablement content with global and regional teams to support sales effectiveness and productivity
- Build strong collaborative relationships with GCS leadership and cross-functional partners
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs
- Play key role in planning and executing go-to-market (GTM) enablement launches owning full cycle: analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue enablement, with at least 5 years leading enablement initiatives
- Strong adoption and knowledge of AI tools and strategies
- Track record of building, designing and delivering world-class training and development programs that drive measurable business results
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence and credibility to partner at Director level and above
- Experience with selling or enabling programmatic or martech solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and passion for collaborating cross-functionally
- Working knowledge of leading enablement tools and platforms such as Articulate Rise, Easy Generator, Gong, HighSpot
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable voicing insights and influencing outcomes at senior level
- Proactive worker able to work through ambiguity
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Reliable, proactive approach with strong sense of urgency and accountability
