Xapads Media seeks a Sales Director to lead revenue growth and market development in the US. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with global teams. Requires 7+ years in digital media sales or business development, strong knowledge of the US advertising ecosystem, proven ability to close deals independently, and experience with CTV, video, mobile, and performance-driven solutions. Familiarity with YouTube advertising and global campaign execution is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Xapads Media’s presence in the US market
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, advertisers, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Present and position Xapads’ solutions across CTV, video, mobile, and performance channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure and account growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to inform sales approach
  • Represent Xapads in client meetings, industry events, and relevant forums
  • Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of the US advertising ecosystem, including agencies and programmatic buying models
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals independently
  • Established relationships with agencies and advertisers
  • Experience with IO-based sales environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
  • Comfortable engaging in solution-based or SaaS-oriented sales conversations
  • Experience across CTV, video, mobile, or performance-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with YouTube and video advertising ecosystems
  • Exposure to global campaign execution or international markets
