StackAdapt seeks a Sales Director to manage and grow a team of 4-8 Account Executives focused on the Southwest US market (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico). The role involves hiring, training, mentoring, and leading the sales team to meet quotas in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Director will work closely with the VP of Sales, coach Account Executives, pitch clients, use sales tools like Salesloft, Gong, and Salesforce, and travel to support business growth. Candidates must have 3-5 years as an Account Executive and 3+ years as a sales manager, with strong knowledge of programmatic media and digital advertising. Proven leadership, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required. The position is remote-first but regionalized. Salary range is $121,600 to $176,000 USD base.
