Full job description

TripleLift is hiring a Sales Director for their Agency Holding Company sales team in New York. This senior full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, primarily with Publicis agency and client accounts. Responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline management using Salesforce, cultivating strategic partnerships across agencies, DSPs, advertisers, and publishers, and meeting quarterly and annual sales targets. The role requires deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and experience selling cross-format solutions such as Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions. Candidates must have excellent communication, analytical skills, and a proven track record in agency sales. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. The compensation range is $250,000 to $270,000 OTE.

What you'll do

  • Lead generation and pipeline management focusing on Publicis agency and client accounts
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers
  • Strategically position full suite of programmatic offerings including Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Utilize solution-selling philosophy by listening to business requirements and selling appropriate solutions
  • Assess potential business deals through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities
  • Network at industry-relevant functions to increase company visibility and connect with new clients
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and project status

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels, from planners to executive stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process
  • Experience selling cross-format solutions
  • Highly motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
