Full job description

TripleLift is hiring a Sales Director based in New York to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within agency holding companies, especially Dentsu accounts. The role requires managing client relationships, pipeline, and sales forecasting using Salesforce. Candidates must have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, experience selling cross-format solutions (Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, Data), and a proven track record in agency sales. Responsibilities include lead generation, strategic partnership cultivation, operational excellence, revenue growth, market insight, and networking. What you'll do

  • Lead generation and pipeline management focusing on Dentsu agency and client accounts
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers
  • Strategically position full suite of programmatic offerings including Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Utilize solution-selling philosophy to meet client needs
  • Assess potential business deals through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities
  • Network at industry-relevant functions to increase company visibility
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and project status

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels, from planners to executive stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process
  • Experience selling cross-format solutions
