Sales Director - CTV role focused on driving new business from CTV advertisers and app developers. Responsibilities include acquiring new app customers, engaging with customers and partners to identify revenue opportunities, collaborating with marketing, contributing ideas to product teams, identifying sales and marketing bottlenecks, building industry relationships, representing the company at events, working with SDR team to build pipeline, and maintaining accurate records in Hubspot. Requirements include 4+ years in ad-tech or mobile app business development, experience managing B2B sales or partnerships, knowledge of programmatic advertising and performance media, proven hands-on experience in CTV advertising sales with industry contacts, detail-oriented and KPI driven, strong work ethics and business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
