Sales Director, CTV role at Pixalate based in New York, NY. Full-time position requiring 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in CTV/OTT ad tech. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, developing expertise in CTV/streaming ad tech and compliance, acting as a trusted advisor, selling solutions, pursuing strategic partnerships, contributing market intelligence, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requirements include strong knowledge of the CTV ecosystem, experience selling to technical stakeholders, familiarity with ad fraud and privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR), proven sales success with large deals, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills.
