Full job description
Sales Director, CTV role requiring 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in CTV/OTT ad tech. Responsible for owning the full sales cycle, meeting quarterly targets, developing expertise in CTV ad tech and compliance, acting as trusted advisor to clients, selling solutions, identifying strategic partnerships, contributing market intelligence, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires strong knowledge of CTV ecosystem, experience selling to technical stakeholders, familiarity with ad fraud and privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR), proven sales track record, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication skills. Full-time position based in New York, NY.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle within CTV from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Meet or exceed quarterly new business targets
- Develop expertise in CTV/streaming ad tech landscape, compliance, fraud protection, and client challenges
