Full job description

TripleLift seeks a Director of CTV Sales to drive adoption and revenue growth of its CTV product suite by selling to agency clients (HoldCo and Indie). The role involves leading sales and business development, cultivating agency relationships, collaborating with internal teams on product feedback and marketing strategies, and representing the company at industry events. Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in CTV sales or ad tech sales, strong agency relationships, familiarity with CTV measurement and workflows, and excellent communication and presentation skills. The position requires travel and proficiency with Salesforce CRM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Salary range is $280,000 to $320,000 USD.

What you'll do

  • Drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue for TripleLift’s CTV offerings
  • Lead sales and business development activities for targeted HoldCo/Indie agency accounts
  • Drive new business and cultivate new agency relationships
  • Achieve growth within existing brand/client relationships
  • Collect and share customer feedback with product leaders to enhance offerings
  • Collaborate with Research, Product Marketing & Engineering on market needs and resources
  • Anticipate CTV and video offering needs for current and future clients
  • Use solution-selling to uncover business requirements and pain points
  • Drive adoption and increase annual commitments with agency clients
  • Represent TripleLift at industry events to increase visibility and commitments
  • Coordinate with Publisher partners to educate and drive sales of TripleLift products
  • Maintain an 80/20 agency sales to publisher sales team focus
  • Develop and implement bespoke industry strategies within assigned agencies
  • Engage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams on new product solutions
  • Partner with HoldCo and Marketing to create resonant narratives tied to customer objectives
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Maintain proper data entry and utilization standards through Salesforce CRM

Requirements

  • 8+ years in CTV sales (Publisher), CTV ad tech sales (SSP)
  • Experience selling CTV to agencies (Holdco or Indie) via programmatic, managed service or DIO
  • Deep relationships within the advertising industry, specifically CTV buyers and decision influencers
  • Familiarity with CTV measurement and data targeting
  • Understanding of the Upfront’s impact and dynamics
  • Ability to translate between linear, CTV and Programmatic
  • Fluency with CTV technical workflows
  • Familiarity with 3rd party Publisher Sold Sales Motions
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
  • Proven executive presence and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel
