Full job description

Sales Director role in Riga reporting to the Country Manager. Responsible for securing new profitable customers for Adform targeting medium to large clients including advertisers, agencies, publishers, and retail media locally and internationally. Requires 10+ years sales experience with minimum 5 years in advertising technology or media sales. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, retaining and growing client relationships, generating new business, leading strategic discussions, managing opportunities, translating client needs into Adform products, gathering competitor intelligence, and maintaining records in Salesforce. Strong financial acumen, public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required. What you'll do

  • Understand customers' business, needs, and decision-making processes, positioning Adform as their ideal partner
  • Retain and grow relationships and upsell to increase product deployment
  • Generate, prospect, and convert new business opportunities by executing a strategic sales plan, building a strong pipeline, and leveraging networking and industry events
  • Lead impactful QBRs and strategic discussions, communicating Adform’s vision, thought leadership, and solutions to align with client goals
  • Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding
  • Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer
  • Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's unique selling points and create valuable differentiation
  • Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales position
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling advertising technology or media
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Proven track record of success and ability to manage a complex sales process to closure
  • Comfort in selling and pitching across various verticals
  • Ability to sell alongside or in partnership with Global Holding Group Agency and other key Adform partners
  • Stage speaking experience and strong public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively
