Samba is seeking a Sales Director based in Mumbai, India, to lead and grow its presence in the region. This role involves managing a small sales team, carrying a personal sales quota, and developing the go-to-market strategy for India. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth targeting agency holding companies, media agencies, and brand advertisers, coaching the sales team, acting as a strategic advisor on Samba’s data and analytics solutions, representing Samba at industry events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 8-10 years of sales experience in advertising, digital media, data-as-a-service, or ad tech, with proven quota attainment and team leadership experience. Strong relationships with Indian agencies and brands, strategic sales skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel are required. Knowledge of TV/online/mobile advertising and data-driven marketing is a plus.
