StackAdapt is seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow a team of 4-8 Account Executives in Texas. The role involves managing sales activities, coaching, mentoring, and working closely with the VP of Sales to expand StackAdapt's presence and revenue in Texas. Candidates must have 3-5 years as an Account Executive and 3+ years as a sales manager, with strong knowledge of programmatic media and digital advertising. Responsibilities include hiring, training, leading the sales team, client pitching, using sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong, and collaborating cross-functionally. This is a full-time remote role prioritizing candidates located in Texas. Salary range is $121,600 to $167,200 USD base.
