Sales Development Representative role focused on the French market for Refinery89, a Dutch AdTech company. Responsibilities include leading publisher acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, building a qualified sales pipeline, developing market strategies, and collaborating with teams for client onboarding. What you'll do

  • Lead publisher acquisition efforts across the French market, from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and networking
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, relationship building, proposal discussions, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand Refinery89's presence in France
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing publishing partners
  • Collaborate closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Native-level French and professional fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account acquisition, or a similar commercial role
  • Proven experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual meetings
  • Strong prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly resilient
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with international teams
