Cyberclick is seeking a mid-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Sales team. The role involves identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, recording interactions in CRM, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, reporting performance, making simple commercial proposals, and staying updated on market trends. Requirements include a degree in relevant fields, at least 2 years experience, strong communication and analytical skills, native Spanish and advanced English, proficiency in Power Point, and full-time availability. Experience with Hubspot CRM, B2B sales, marketing automation, and sales methodologies like Inbound and Allbound Sales is valued. What you'll do

  • Identify, research and actively prospect new business opportunities
  • Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring smooth transition to specialist team
  • Accurately record all interactions with prospects in CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop prospecting strategies
  • Measure and report weekly performance, adjusting approach to meet opportunity generation goals
  • Make simple commercial proposals
  • Drive creation of success cases and sales materials
  • Stay updated on market trends

Requirements

  • Degree or higher education in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • At least 2 years of professional experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Listening skills and ability to understand company needs
  • Resilient and constructive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • High capacity to work autonomously
  • Proactivity and innovation in solutions, critical thinking
  • Analytical skills and results orientation
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (Power Point)
