Full job description
Sales Coordinator/Assistant role based in Hong Kong supporting Sales and BD team. Responsibilities include coordinating client meetings, events, media planning, preparing sales reports, supporting client presentations, proposals, and contracts, responding to client inquiries, collaborating with Sales, Account Management, Trading, DnA teams to create media plans for Hong Kong market, tracking sales pipeline and supporting follow-ups. Also involves developing and localizing solutions with Sales and Product teams, maintaining customer and pipeline databases, generating sales and campaign reports, liaising between Sales and internal departments, managing internal communications, and identifying process improvements. Requires 3+ years experience in digital/media sales support or media planning, knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), strong customer service, organizational, communication skills, fluency in English and Cantonese, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Manage internal communications related to sales initiatives and updates
Identify opportunities to streamline sales and pre-sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations
Requirements
3+ years of working experience in digital/media, ideally in a media planning or sales support role (agency or publisher/ad-tech)
Practical media planning experience across digital channels (e.g. display, video, social) and familiarity with typical KPIs and benchmarks
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and major platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSPs, and adtech tools)
Ability to support the sales team with reports, lead management, and follow-ups
Strong customer service skills to handle client and agency inquiries
Proactive approach to resolving customer or internal team issues
Excellent time management and ability to multitask across multiple briefs and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to coordinate meetings, timelines, and internal reviews
Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to liaise with both clients and internal technical teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Takes ownership of tasks and looks for ways to improve processes
Proactively seeks opportunities to support the sales team and enhance efficiency when workload is light
