Full job description

Equativ is seeking a proactive RFP & Sales Enablement Specialist to support demand-side sales across EMEA and APAC. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end proposal process, synthesizing technical information into persuasive narratives, identifying gaps in sales materials, developing response templates, acting as a subject matter expert during pitches, and analyzing RFP win/loss data to inform sales strategy. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, 6+ months experience in Ad Tech or related digital media roles, strong Excel skills, and native-level fluency in English and French. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process for global demand-side opportunities (Agencies, Brands, Trading Desks)
  • Synthesize complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned narratives
  • Identify gaps in sales materials and work with Sales Enablement & Product Marketing to create new collateral
  • Develop best-in-class response templates for Equativ Demand offerings
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team during the discovery phase of a pitch
  • Analyze RFP win/loss data to identify trends and provide regular briefings to the sales team on product releases

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6+ months experience within the Ad Tech ecosystem, a media agency, or a brand’s digital department
  • Solid grasp of the online advertising landscape and eagerness to master programmatic technology
  • Native-level fluency in English and French
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical specs into compelling value propositions
  • Strong communication skills for high-stakes presentations and drafting proposals
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for MarTech/AdTech and knowledge of industry wording, privacy regulations, and emerging constraints
  • Collaborative and able to manage information gathering across departments
