Full job description
Senior Revenue Operations Specialist role supporting sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and finance. Responsibilities include deal desk operations, sales planning, AI-driven process automation, pipeline and territory management, post-sales revenue retention support, and performance analytics. Requires 2+ years in revenue or sales operations at a B2B SaaS company, experience with Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Clay, Claude, and strong data-driven problem-solving skills. Salesforce admin experience is a plus. Expected OTE between $125,000 and $155,000. Location: San Francisco, CA.
What you'll do
- Deal desk and commercial operations: structuring non-standard deals, managing approval workflows, ensuring efficient commercial transactions
- Sales planning and strategy: support planning cycles, quota setting, headcount modeling, capacity planning, go-to-market segmentation
