Full job description

TripleLift seeks a mid-level Revenue Analyst for the Revenue Operations team to analyze sales performance, commercial logic, and programmatic marketplace efficiency. The role involves designing automated dashboards, auditing pipeline health in Salesforce, supporting variable compensation verification, evaluating agency deals, and synthesizing marketplace data for business reviews. Candidates should have 3-5 years of analytical experience in programmatic media analytics or revenue operations, expert spreadsheet and BI tool skills (Excel, Sheets, Omni, Looker, Tableau), familiarity with Salesforce, and fluency in AI and low-code automation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Salary range is $50,000 to $75,000 USD. Locations: Chicago, Illinois and Detroit, Michigan.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain automated performance dashboards for company-wide use
  • Audit and report on pipeline health and GTM activity inputs within Salesforce
  • Support verification process for quarterly and annual variable compensation cycles
  • Partner with Global Demand and Partner Management teams to evaluate Agency Holding Company deals
  • Analyze margins, rate cards, post-auction discounts, and cash rebates for sustainable commercial logic
  • Synthesize large-scale marketplace exchange datasets to deliver weekly business reviews, variance analyses, and pacing models

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of highly analytical experience in programmatic media analytics, AdTech marketplace yield analysis, or revenue/financial operations
  • Familiarity with AdTech ecosystem measures, acronyms, and programmatic pipelines
  • Expert-level mastery of spreadsheet modeling (Advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, Sheets Queries)
  • Experience with enterprise BI frameworks (Omni, Looker, Tableau)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Fluency in leveraging AI architectures and low-code automation for scalable workflows
