Full job description

StackAdapt seeks a Regional Vice President, Sales to lead and grow a team of 35+ sales professionals in the Western US. The role requires deep expertise in programmatic advertising, strong client relationships, and proven leadership managing large sales teams. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, developing sales strategies, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving revenue growth. Candidates must have operational excellence in sales processes and a track record of exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time, remote role prioritizing candidates in the Western US.

What you'll do

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for agencies and brands
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy
  • Lead pitching of platform to potential clients
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
  • Support team in securing campaigns and expanding key accounts
  • Utilize sales enablement tools and analytics to improve team performance
  • Develop enablement programs for sellers and sales management
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, operations, marketing, and finance
  • Participate in regional activations such as conferences, client events, webinars, and paid media engagements

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the programmatic advertising industry
  • Familiarity with leading programmatic platforms
  • Strong relationships with existing clients across the Western US region
  • Proven capability of selling into agencies and brands directly
  • Experience leading teams of 30+
  • Building strong sales management teams
  • Developing enablement programs for high performance sellers
  • Building a healthy and vibrant culture
  • Operational excellence in sales pipeline, territory planning, data-driven actionable plans, business review rhythms, and people operations review
  • Experience influencing product and solution roadmaps
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding annual sales targets
