Full job description
Moloco is seeking a Regional Product Activation Lead for the Korean market. The role involves driving product adoption, gathering market feedback, supporting the product roadmap, enabling customer success, improving operational tools, and communicating insights across teams. Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, or similar roles within ad tech, mobile marketing, or SaaS. A solid understanding of the Korean mobile advertising ecosystem and business-level proficiency in Korean and English are required. The position is full-time and based in Seoul, South Korea.
What you'll do
- Drive in-market product adoption by partnering with the Korea Sales team to identify and prioritize opportunities to deepen customer product usage and develop scalable onboarding and enablement approaches
- Gather and synthesize customer and market feedback, identify recurring themes, and funnel structured input into Moloco's Product Feedback processes
