Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Regional Product Activation Lead for the Korean mobile advertising market. The role involves driving product adoption, gathering and synthesizing customer and market feedback, supporting the product roadmap, enabling customer success, improving operational tools and processes, and communicating insights across teams. Candidates should have 4-7 years of relevant experience in product operations, product management, or strategy consulting, preferably in ad tech or mobile marketing, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Business-level proficiency in Korean and English is required. The position is full-time and on-site in Seoul, Korea.

What you'll do

  • Drive in-market product adoption by partnering with Korea Sales team to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Develop scalable approaches to onboarding and enablement
  • Gather and synthesize customer and market feedback and funnel structured input into Product Feedback processes
  • Support and influence the product roadmap by developing Business Requirements Documents and working with Product/Engineering teams
  • Work directly with key customers to understand pain points, identify product gaps and opportunities, and help realize full value of Moloco's platform
  • Identify, design, and improve tools and processes to increase efficiency for Sales and Product Specialists
  • Communicate product updates, customer insights, and market trends across GTM, Product, and other cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy consulting, or a similar role — ideally within ad tech, mobile marketing, or SaaS
  • Solid understanding of the Korean mobile advertising ecosystem, including key players, market dynamics, and advertiser expectations
  • Analytical and structured thinker who can identify patterns across data points, validate them with customer evidence, and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Strong communicator who can convey complex and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a local market, with the ability to manage own priorities while staying aligned with a regionally distributed team
  • Collaborative by nature: comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across time zones
  • Organized and execution-oriented — able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without losing sight of impact
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers: listening, problem-solving, and building trust over time
  • Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English
