Full job description

QA Engineer role to ensure quality and reliability of a next generation social platform. Responsibilities include designing and implementing testing strategies, both manual and automated, for media delivery, real time social interactions, and user experience. Validate MVPs for Creator and Content Operation platforms. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver stable production features. Requirements: 1+ years QA experience, proficiency in automated test scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript), experience with Selenium, Appium, or Playwright, API testing skills (Postman, RestAssured), and ability to work in fast-paced agile environments. Bonus: mobile app testing, performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Locust), knowledge of video streaming and real time communication, CI/CD integration experience. Location: Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Establish rigorous testing workflows and test plans for creator and content operation platforms
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites across APIs and user interfaces
  • Perform functional, integration, and performance testing on core services
  • Partner with developers and product managers to catch bugs early in development
  • Validate content ecosystem safety mechanisms, notification systems, and real time engagement features
  • Improve testing tools, environments, and CI/CD integration

Requirements

  • 1+ years of QA engineering experience
  • Experience testing applications and building automated test suites in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Playwright
  • Ability to balance comprehensive test coverage with high velocity product cycles
  • Strong experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured
  • Experience with web and mobile inspection, log analysis, and database verification
  • Ability to own the QA lifecycle from design to release in an agile environment
