QA Automation Engineer role within Digital Product team responsible for building and maintaining automated test coverage for Pipes, Dentsu’s global advertising QA product. Requires 2-3 years experience in QA automation or software engineering with a testing focus. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining automated test suites for frontend and backend, writing maintainable tests, implementing test coverage tools, managing CI/CD test pipelines, diagnosing test flakiness, contributing to testing strategy, and collaborating with developers and product managers in an agile environment. Must be familiar with at least one E2E/browser automation framework (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and one unit testing framework (xUnit, Jest, NUnit). Programming skills required in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python or similar. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) is beneficial.
