Full job description
adMarketplace seeks a Publisher Specialist to support performance and growth of publisher partnerships in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing daily performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting account managers with partner strategies, troubleshooting issues, onboarding new placements, preparing reports, collaborating across teams, maintaining documentation, and contributing insights to product initiatives. Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0-2 years experience in digital media, advertising, account management, analytics or related fields, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills, and interest in digital advertising and publisher monetisation. Use performance data to identify trends, opportunities and potential issues, helping ensure accounts remain healthy and optimised
Support Publisher Account Managers with the day-to-day execution of partner strategies and growth initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–2 years of experience in digital media, advertising, account management, analytics, operations or a related field; relevant internships or placement experience are also welcome
Comfortable working with data and interested in using insights to understand and improve performance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative and comfortable working across different teams and functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
An interest in digital advertising, search, ecommerce or publisher monetisation
Previous experience in adtech or digital media is a plus, but not required
