BidMachine is seeking an experienced Developer Sales Manager to drive adoption of BidMachine's SDK and monetization solutions in the Japan market, targeting gaming and non-gaming app developers. The role requires leveraging existing relationships in the Japanese mobile ecosystem to close new developer partnerships. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing new developer accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, building senior-level relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams for onboarding and support, identifying upsell opportunities, providing market feedback, representing BidMachine at industry events, and promoting BidMachine's monetization solutions. Requirements include strong relationships in the Japan mobile gaming and app ecosystem, proven sales track record, deep knowledge of mobile ad tech including programmatic, RTB, and SDK monetization, experience with non-gaming developers is a plus, fluency in Japanese and English, strong negotiation skills, and an analytical mindset.
