Full job description

Lead Microsoft Singapore Public Sector account teams to deliver AI transformational sales leadership, exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Build and execute growth strategies, foster long-term relationships with government, education, and healthcare sectors. Act as trusted advisor in local policy and regulatory environments. Manage and develop diverse sales teams, promote partner collaboration, and drive business outcomes. Requires 8+ years sales and leadership experience with 3+ years people management. Preferred 10+ years leadership experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

What you'll do

  • Lead an organization of account teams to create and foster long-term relationships, delivering value to public sector customers
  • Exceed Revenue, Consumption, Usage and Customer Satisfaction Goals
  • Lead the transformation of sales teams through frictionless cross-team orchestration to deliver value and satisfaction for all Public Sector customers as One Microsoft
  • Build business and go to market models that address company strategy within constraints of country/area maturity and resource limitations
  • Become the trusted advisor and spokesperson in local industry, regulatory and policy environments, opening doors and removing barriers for sales teams, partners, and customers
  • Motivate Sales Managers and Sellers to enable business and technical outcomes, providing value to customers throughout their AI journey
  • Demonstrate partner advocacy and sponsorship to drive scale and share through co-selling
  • Attract, lead, develop, and retain a diverse and inclusive sales organization that is motivated and agile
  • Foster an inspirational coaching culture that empowers the team to deliver and continuously learn

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organization
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
  • OR Master's Degree and 10+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 10+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization
  • 10+ years direct/formal people management experience
