Full job description

Zeta Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects. The role involves developing project plans with defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements; coordinating project activities to meet milestones; monitoring progress and addressing risks; managing forecasting and resource planning; leading status reviews and stakeholder communications; maintaining project documentation; defining and leading cross-functional teams; managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality; fostering accountability and continuous improvement; engaging stakeholders; and supporting sales with estimates and risk assessments. What you'll do

  • Deliver assigned projects by developing comprehensive project plans
  • Coordinate project activities to meet milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and address issues or risks
  • Manage project forecasting and resource planning
  • Identify resource demand based on project plans
  • Lead recurring status reviews and stakeholder communications
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Define and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Define work packages and assignments aligned to scope, budget, quality, and schedule
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Identify and engage project stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and resources
  • Monitor and control project budgets and implement cost-saving measures
  • Collaborate with leadership and resource owners to assign skilled resources
  • Support Sales with estimates, risk assessments, and statement of work reviews
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
  • Ensure delivery of contracted scope and align team on roles and success criteria
