The Trade Desk is seeking a mid-level Trading Specialist to collaborate with Account Management and Business Development teams to optimize client campaigns and grow accounts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting campaign issues across Display, Online Video, and Connected TV channels, providing performance and pacing recommendations, analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, presenting insights to clients, and educating clients on platform updates and best practices. Candidates should have 2+ years of client-facing experience in ad tech, digital marketing, finance, or data-heavy industries, strong communication and quantitative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. The role is full-time based in New York. Compensation ranges from $61,500 to $112,800 USD base salary, with eligibility for stock-based compensation, variable incentives, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, paid time off, and an employee stock purchase plan.
