Full job description

MiQ is seeking a mid-level Trader to manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Responsibilities include developing digital advertising strategies, managing campaigns to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR, conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams to align with client objectives. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising focused on Facebook and Google Ads, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus. The role is full-time based in Mumbai, India.

What you'll do

Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, and CTR
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and overall digital marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continually enhance campaign performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads
Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns and achieving KPIs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus
