Full job description

MiQ is seeking a mid-level Programmatic Trader / Trading Manager in Hong Kong to execute and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include managing campaign delivery against KPIs, collaborating with sales and account teams on media plans, providing technical support for tracking and attribution, optimizing campaigns for ROI, analyzing data for insights, and working with global teams on cross-border campaigns. Candidates must have hands-on experience with platforms such as Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon Ads, and Microsoft DSP, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in verticals like e-commerce, gaming, mobile apps, or DTC. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic campaigns
  • Ensure delivery against KPIs and performance targets
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to develop data-driven media plans and audience strategies
  • Provide technical expertise including pixel implementation, tracking setup, and MMP attribution integration
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using advanced trading strategies
  • Analyze campaign data to generate reports and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with global teams on cross-market and cross-border campaigns
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging programmatic technologies

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with Google DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Yahoo DSP, Amazon Ads, Microsoft DSP (Xandr)
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, tools, and solutions
  • Experience in verticals such as e-commerce, gaming, mobile apps, or DTC
  • Track record of delivering measurable campaign success
  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
