Full job description

Seeking a Programmatic Media Specialist with 3+ years experience and expert knowledge of Campaign Manager. Responsible for campaign execution quality, pacing, and optimization to meet performance targets. Must have experience with DV360 and The Trade Desk. Role includes QA, troubleshooting, standardizing campaign structures, and collaborating with strategy and product teams to improve tracking and reporting.

What you'll do

  • Own campaign execution quality, pacing, and optimization in Campaign Manager, ensuring campaigns consistently hit performance and delivery targets
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for CM setup, QA, and troubleshooting, reducing launch errors and rework across the portfolio
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and QA for work completed by a trafficking team, increasing confidence in campaign launches and ongoing optimizations
  • Standardize campaign structures, naming conventions, and executional best practices to improve scalability, reporting accuracy, and cross team efficiency
  • Translate media strategy into clean, scalable, performance-driven execution that enables faster optimization and clearer measurement
  • Identify opportunities to automate or templatize repetitive execution tasks
  • Partner with customer strategy and product teams to improve tracking, reporting, and signal quality
  • Act as a feedback loop between platform capabilities and business needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying or activation experience in a fast paced environment
  • Expert level knowledge of Campaign Manager with a track record of seeing campaigns through from launch to optimization
  • Experience working in DV360 and The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, measurement, and optimization
  • Highly detail-oriented with a process-oriented mindset
