The Programmatic Campaign Specialist is a senior operational role responsible for flawless execution of large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms including GAM and Xandr. The role requires managing 50+ campaigns simultaneously, covering pre-launch readiness, in-flight optimization, monitoring, and reporting. Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, strong operational and analytical skills, and proficiency with programmatic platforms, Excel/Sheets, and QA tools. What you'll do

  • Own all pre-launch preparation across multiple platforms (GAM, Xandr, DSPs, SSPs)
  • Ensure every campaign is launch-ready with validated assets, trackers, QA, and clear KPIs
  • Maintain a structured pre-launch checklist
  • Validate audience targeting, pacing logic, integrations, budget distribution, and technical tracking
  • Manage 50+ simultaneous campaigns with full ownership
  • Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance daily and troubleshoot proactively
  • Apply buy-side and sell-side thinking to optimize campaigns
  • Rotate creatives, adjust targeting, optimize bids, and improve segmentation
  • Diagnose anomalies and implement corrective actions immediately
  • Create templated briefs, material requests, and spec sheets to streamline sales support
  • Produce clear and strategic performance reports
  • Build and refine workflows to increase speed and reduce manual tasks
  • Test new curation workflows, optimization tactics, and platform tools
  • Create reusable templates for reporting, QA, setup, and optimization
  • Maintain documentation of campaign best practices and troubleshooting guides
  • Share learnings and support internal onboarding with training materials

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years in programmatic advertising, campaign operations, or performance marketing
  • Ability to manage 50+ active campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on expertise in GAM and Xandr
  • Experience on both buy-side and sell-side (agency activation + publisher operations)
  • Curation experience or familiarity with curated marketplaces preferred
  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking systems)
  • Strong understanding of pacing, auction dynamics, programmatic KPIs, and optimization levers
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with QA tools, troubleshooting methods, and workflow systems
  • Full professional proficiency in English
