Assistant Manager - Growth Analyst role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns using ML programmatic tools. Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to align campaigns with customer goals, design retention and growth strategies, provide campaign performance feedback, extract and analyze data for business recommendations, troubleshoot technical issues, and work cross-functionally to ensure campaign success. Requires bachelor's degree in relevant field, 1+ years experience in growth or performance marketing, advanced English, proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL, strong analytical and communication skills, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
