Manage and grow key accounts by building client relationships and providing strategic recommendations. Collaborate with Trading and Business Development teams to onboard customers and grow accounts. Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform to improve campaigns and meet KPIs. Provide client training on new features. Work with Product Management to define features and enhance the platform. Create training materials and best practices for Client Services. Requires 2+ years client-facing experience in online advertising, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, effective time management, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Full-time role based in New York with a salary range of $55,900–$102,500 USD.
