Samba is seeking a Client Success Manager for the APAC region with 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience. The role involves managing client portfolios, driving growth, media planning, reporting, and campaign management from pre-sales to post-sale. Responsibilities include assessing client goals, building relationships, analyzing campaign performance, leading reviews, developing audience strategies, optimizing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving processes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, strong programmatic expertise with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and ad-verification platforms, and advanced Excel skills. Key attributes include attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, passion for ad tech, and a self-starter mindset.

What you'll do

  • Assess client business goals and media requirements to deliver tailored solutions and strategic recommendations for audience and measurement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate ROI
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and client presentations, aligning on performance, learnings, and next steps
  • Develop and activate audience strategies aligned to client media plans, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot campaigns, audiences, and measurement to ensure smooth delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support effective execution
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience with a proven track record of growing accounts and establishing strong client relationships
  • Strong programmatic expertise and confidence working with a range of ad-tech vendors, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and ad-verification platforms
  • Solid experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data visualization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Master of time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage difficult client conversations
  • Hands-on expert who is passionate about ad tech and ready to take on challenges
  • Self-starter who loves learning and teaching new technology
