Full job description

The Program Manager will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with cross-functional partners. Projects often span offices and time zones. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2 years of program/project management experience, experience with software development life cycle and engineering programs, and working with consumer-facing products. Preferred qualifications include 2 years managing cross-team projects, experience in ads platforms or ad tech, Google Ads, Display or UX experience, and release management lifecycle knowledge. Compensation ranges from $132,000 to $190,000 USD plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
