Program Manager

What you'll do

• Partner closely with the EMEA Managing Director to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives aligned with regional and global strategy
• Support strategic planning efforts including OKR development, project prioritization, data tracking, and performance reporting
• Drive execution of complex programs and initiatives from scoping to delivery, ensuring timelines, accountability, and risk mitigation are in place
• Act as the central operational hub for EMEA, ensuring tools like Salesforce, ClickUp, and Lattice reflect accurate, accessible data to inform decisions
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams (Sales, Finance, Product, People Ops) and act as a point of connection between leadership and execution
• Maintain program roadmaps and project dashboards to support visibility, transparency, and follow-through on business priorities
• Craft clear executive-ready materials, from project status updates to data-backed presentations, in support of the MD’s leadership role
• Promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement across platforms, processes, and communication flows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, strategy or operating roles
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels of the company
• Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
• Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite and project management tools like ClickUp or Smartsheet
• Excellent English, knowledge of other languages (German, French, Dutch) would be considered as a plus
