Full job description
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract based in Singapore. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years in technical product management, cloud support, quality engineering, or SRE. Candidates should have experience in technical troubleshooting or customer support within a technology organization. Preferred experience includes using Google Ads or other online advertising platforms, customer-facing roles translating technical concepts, business analysis, and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer experience, managing troubleshooting, liaising with stakeholders on escalations, supporting Google Ad and Publisher products, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve solutions, and ensuring customers achieve the best ROI with Google.
