Full job description
Product Owner role focused on backend, data-driven products including Machine Learning models and Data Science solutions for Adform’s platforms. Responsibilities include managing the Data Science Research team backlog, defining requirements, validating solutions, coordinating across teams, stakeholder engagement, planning milestones, analyzing feedback, supporting RFI/RFP processes, and investigating complex support cases. Requires 2+ years in Product Management with technical domain experience, strong business analysis skills, ownership mindset, and effective communication in English. CSPO certification is a plus. What you'll do
- Own and manage the Data Science Research team backlog prioritizing product impact and business value
- Act as a bridge between Product Directors and Data Science Research team as subject matter expert
- Define clear, structured requirements and functional acceptance criteria
- Validate and accept delivered solutions against business requirements
- Manage requirement changes and assess impact throughout development lifecycle
- Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, and other teams
- Engage stakeholders, maintain transparent communication, drive alignment and consensus
- Plan Business Milestones aligned with Product, Technology, and Research roadmaps
- Analyze product feedback and client escalations with Product Directors to drive improvements
- Support RFI/RFP processes including annual TAG/MRC re-certification
- Investigate complex support cases related to performance and fraud analysis
- Collaborate with Technical and Product stakeholders to identify product enhancement opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in Product Management (2+ years), preferably with backend or data-driven products
- Comfortable working with technical domains including data science, algorithms, or platform-based products
- Strong Product Management knowledge including business analysis (AS-IS/TO-BE, gap analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, flows/UML)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements without a separate Business Analyst
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments
- Ownership mindset and initiative
- Clear and effective communication skills in English

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus
